Last night we had a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) themed event for our community. Children and families had the opportunity to explore, create, and even make original inventions. With support from the Gilson Family Foundation we were able to send all of our school year families off on vacation with a bag of groceries to help tie them over for a week away. Mac and cheese, ramen, cereal, boxed milk and snacks. Shelf stable items that don't require much prep and make kids happy.
