What is Home Energy Assistance?
LEO provides assistance to income-eligible households in Lynn, Lynnfield, Nahant, Saugus, Swampscott, and Wakefield to help pay for heating costs, regardless of heating source (gas, oil, electric, heat-included rentals).
Home Energy Assistance runs from November 1, 2021 through April 30, 2022.
Households with heat included in rent and a rental subsidy where the monthly rent is equal to or less than 30% of the gross household income are ineligible for assistance.
